Donβt buy seeds here. I bought an expensive seed bag and not a single blade of grass grew. Very disappointing. Scam! Update: I emailed the customer service and they basically blamed it on the soil PH for the seeds failing to grow. Total nonsense.

Do youself a favor and shop local, for sod and soil. We used supersod for a customer who wanted a specific type of grass--we won't be using them again. The sod just wasn't anywhere near the quality of ANY of the local suppliers, and it was overpriced. There was damage, we had a good 15% of "throwaway" (the poorer quality pieces we use for cut ins and such), Delivered late, they placed it in the wrong spot--which made us look bad. And the customer wanted to go with their soil "Soil3" so we went along with it, we wont do that again either. The pH was way too low so we had to add lime, the soil wasn't as rich or nice as any of our local suppliers (we use several, depending on where the job is) so it isn't going to feed the grass as well. On top of that, the delivery driver hit the bag with the fork of the lift they were using and busted it which frustrated the customer as well (I think they requsted Soil3 to ensure it was in bags, but this is something most small shops can do. It wasn't worth the premium... I can get 8cuyd for the price of 1-2cuyd of soil3. And the pH of the soil we get is always perfect for sod so no additioal ammending is required. This is not a company that values the customer. On my recent order, they delivered my soil mix in front of my garage door, impacting my ability to get my car out of the garage and go to work. I contacted them right away and told them that I didn't get a receipt which showed my instructions, nor texts saying they were on their way (I had no idea they were coming that day.) I checked my phone carrier records and I had no incoming texts from them. Despite the service person's efforts, management charged me additional $100 to return and move the pallet, believing their own logistics team instead of believing me or even reaching out to me about my experience. I gave documentation and a photo. I have continued to contact them and they have gone silent, not responding to me at all. The pallet instructions say that it will be put at the end of the driveway and clearly that was not done. This was a really unfriendly way to gain an extra $100 from the customer.

I bought 8 pallets of centipede, back January of 2023 and had it professionally laid out and brought in special Topsail and the grass dead . I contacted SuperSod and they wouldnβt help me and kept saying itβs my fault , even the delivery guy that delivered it from super sod, said I think you may have a problem because thereβs no green underneath the grass and for me to take pictures if it dies out. I recommend not to do business Because they wonβt even help in anyway and Iβll build over 200 homes a year and I was going to give super sod my business but not anymore, they wouldnβt even take care of my own personal house I purchased .They knew the grass they sent me was already dead, because one of the salesman stated they had a massive flood on one of their fields, and thatβs where my grass came from from what the salesman stated and it sat under the water for two weeks before they delivered it to my residences.

We had a fantastic experience with Super-Sod, all the way from initial estimates to installation. Shannon and Iris were very knowledgeable and communicative. They helped us find a good grass for our backyard's light levels and made recommendations for coverage given the shade of surrounding trees. During installation, they blended loam to the soil and corrected slopes to reduce erosion and funnel water into our catch basins. They also added a nice wave to the edges that looks super professional. Iris even helped us water our yard after we discovered a water pressure issue the day of installation that made sprinkling difficult. Absolutely exceptional service. We're very happy with the results.
